We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Journalist.Live Software. - To summarize an audio information provided by you. The main idea of Journalist.Live Software is to transcribe an audio recording and then summarize the information obtained. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of provided information and shall not be liable for any consequences of using this information. You are solely responsible for compliance with any (including but not limited to) applicable laws, restrictions, privacy, contractual or other third party rights.

- To send you marketing and promotional communications. We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time.

- To post testimonials. We may post testimonials on our Services that may contain your information. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us at info@journalist.live and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.

Journalist.Live Software may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from Journalist.Live Software. 7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online as well as we do not collect any PII data anyway.

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
