automatically when you visit our Journalist.Live Software.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Journalist.Live
Software. The “Information” does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact
information or any other Personally Identifiable Information or “PII” details) but may include device
and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system,
language preferences, referring URLs, device name, information about how and when you use our
Journalist.Live Software and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to
maintain the security and operation of our Journalist.Live Software, and for our internal analytics and

Journalist.Live Software is to
transcribe an audio recording and then summarize the information obtained. We are not responsible for
examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of provided information and shall not be liable for any
consequences of using this information. You are solely responsible for compliance with any (including
but not limited to) applicable laws, restrictions, privacy, contractual or other third party rights.

covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices
and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK
FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track
(“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about
your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing
and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser
signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online as
well as we do not collect any PII data anyway.
